At Pluvella, we want your order to arrive safely and as smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location, carrier availability, and shipping conditions.

Estimated total delivery time is usually:

6–13 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volume

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Other unexpected fulfilment or delivery issues

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Pluvella is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at pluvella1@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has started processing or has shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household members, neighbors, building reception, mailroom, or local carrier.

If you still cannot locate your order, contact us at pluvella1@gmail.com and we will assist you where possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pluvella1@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • A clear photo of the packaging

We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at pluvella1@gmail.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
